The following policy does not apply to any other websites, pages, or online services reachable via links published on the site but referring to resources external to CINETTO F.LLI SRL’s domain.
The Data we process
During normal operation, the computer systems and applications used to operate this website detect data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) potentially associated with identifiable users.
When one of the notices on our website appears, the following data will be acquired: IP address; system language; type of device; user URL (Uniform Resource Locator); operating system; type of browser and information thereof.
This data is processed, for 7 days, solely to obtain statistical information on how the website is used and to make sure it works correctly. The provision of this data is necessary because it has direct implications on users’ website browsing experience.
Data Voluntarily Provided by Users
When submitting requests using the “Contacts” form, the receiver acquires the personal details entered in the form, which are necessary to process the request.

2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing of data provided via the “Contacts” form:
- in the case of sales or technical requests the legal basis is consent and the purpose of the processing is replying to requests;
- in the case of the spontaneous submission of CVs, by ticking the box “work with us”, the legal basis is the execution of pre-contractual measures and the purpose of the processing is assessing employment or collaboration applications;
- subject to prior additional consent, data will be processed for sales and promotional purposes.
3. DATA RECIPIENTS
Within the limits of the processing purposes mentioned above, data may be transferred to third-party companies/subjects specifically appointed as Data Processors, including but not limited to advisers and companies who offer data storage management. The full list of Data Processors is provided by the Data Controller on request.
4. DATA TRANSFERRED TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
Data provided may be transferred to non-EU countries because we work with external Data Processors who may transfer data during the execution of their services (email service provision, CRM, other types of cloud-based services), including via their subcontractors.
To ensure the security of these transfers, we work only with subjects that offer the necessary guarantees of implementing adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure data processing is carried out in compliance with Regulation EU 679/2016 (for example, subject to decisions on adequacy or regulating the relationship with standard contractual clauses).
5. DATA RETENTION
Data Voluntarily Provided by Users
- Sales and Technical Requests
Data provided will be stored for the time necessary to meet the requests received and after that, only if the Data Subject has consented to processing for marketing purposes, for the next 2 years, in order to keep the Data Subject informed (via newsletter, etc.). After this time, all data will be deleted.
- Spontaneous Submission of CVs
CVs are stored for one year. If the application is successful, data will be stored for the duration of the employment and after that for the time required by law – 10 years from the end of the employment – or for longer if necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the Data Controller.

6. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS AND COMPLAINTS TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
Data Subjects have the right to claim the rights recognised by Regulation EU 679/2016 from the Data Controller: right to access (article 15); right to rectification (article 16); right to erasure (article 17); right to restriction of processing (article 18); right to data portability (article 20); right to object (article 21); right to revoke consent (article 13).
If Data Subjects believe that their rights have been breached, they may also complain with the Data Protection Authority or seek judicial remedy (pursuant to article 79 of Regulation EU 679/2016.
7. UPDATES AND AMENDMENTS
CINETTO F.LLI SRL reserves the right to update and amend this Policy regularly, in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations and the dispositions of the Data Protection Authorities.
