  • in the case of sales or technical requests the legal basis is consent and the purpose of the processing is replying to requests;
  • in the case of the spontaneous submission of CVs, by ticking the box “work with us”, the legal basis is the execution of pre-contractual measures and the purpose of the processing is assessing employment or collaboration applications;
  • subject to prior additional consent, data will be processed for sales and promotional purposes.

  • Sales and Technical Requests

Data provided will be stored for the time necessary to meet the requests received and after that, only if the Data Subject has consented to processing for marketing purposes, for the next 2 years, in order to keep the Data Subject informed (via newsletter, etc.). After this time, all data will be deleted.

  • Spontaneous Submission of CVs

CVs are stored for one year. If the application is successful, data will be stored for the duration of the employment and after that for the time required by law – 10 years from the end of the employment – or for longer if necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the Data Controller.
